Bank of Baroda (BoB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has released Advertisement No. 18/29 inviting applications for 58 regular positions including Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager & Assistant Vice President across various verticals. Eligible candidates can apply online from 18 September 2025 to 08 October 2025 via the official BoB careers portal.
The recruitment drive covers positions in Digital Fraud Risk, Fraud Risk & Monitoring, Strategy, Data Analytics, Wealth Management, Fintech and other specialized roles. Selection will be through Online Test, Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview depending on the post.

Eligibility & Experience
Educational Qualification
Graduation (in any discipline) with MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing), CA/ICWA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification as specified per post in notification.
Experience
Minimum 3–10 years post-qualification experience (varies by post). Experience in banking/financial services domain preferred.
Age Limit
Minimum 25 years; Maximum 35 years (Manager) / 37 years (Senior Manager) / 40 years (Chief Manager & AVP) as on 01.09.2025. Relaxation: SC/ST-5 yrs, OBC(NCL)-3 yrs, PwBD-10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen as per GoI rules.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
Online Test – Objective type, 150 minutes duration:
Reasoning – 50 Q / 75 M
English Language – 25 Q / 25 M
Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Q / 75 M
Professional Knowledge – 75 Q / 150 M
Psychometric Test (qualifying) – to assess personality traits & suitability
Group Discussion & Personal Interview – weightage will be declared in notification addendum / call letter
Final merit list prepared based on weighted score of Online Test + GD/PI
