BEML Limited, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released Advertisement No. KP/S/23/2025 inviting online applications for 119 Junior Executive (JE) posts on a fixed-term contract basis. The recruitment is open for freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, IT, Finance, and Rajbhasha disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
First-class (60%) in relevant Degree / MBA / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD). Rajbhasha: MA (Hindi/English with other language as compulsory subject). Proficiency in Hindi typing required.
Experience
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience can apply.
Age Limit
Maximum 29 years as on 26.09.2025. Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwD – 10 yrs.
Selection Process
Computer-Based Written Test (2 hours) covering domain knowledge + reasoning + English.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
For Rajbhasha – additional Typing Test (10 minutes) & Translation Test.
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of written test marks only.
